Are your games free?
All of our games are free to play with the ability to make in-app purchases to unlock additional content.
Can I transfer games to my other devices?
When you download or purchase one of our games you own it forever. You can delete and download again without being charged twice, and install on other devices signed in with the same iTunes account.
I purchased something but it's locked again?
Use the Restore/Restore Purchases button in the game and sign in with the same iTunes account you used to buy it. If the app has no restore button, buy the item again—you will not be charged twice.

How can I disable or enable in-app purchases?
Use iOS Restrictions to control in-app purchases:
- Go to Settings > General > Restrictions.
- Enable Restrictions and scroll to In-App Purchases.
- Disable purchases or adjust password prompt frequency.
How can I enable/disable notifications on iOS?
Go to Settings > Notifications, choose the game, and adjust alerts. You can also use Do Not Disturb for quiet hours.
How do I restart or force quit the game?
If the game is stuck, force quit and reopen:
- Double tap the Home button (or swipe up on newer devices) to view running apps.
- Swipe the game up to close it.
- Reopen the game.
How to stop my game from crashing?
Try these tips to reduce crashes:
- Connect to WiFi to improve loading.
- Close other apps running in the background.
- Delete unused apps to free memory.
How do I reinstall the game?
If issues persist, delete and reinstall:
- Exit the game to the home screen.
- Hold the app icon until it wiggles and tap the X to delete.
- Open the App Store and download the app again.
